I have been providing Youth Athletic Development through training youth as young as 8 years old. I find these ages especially impactful for setting lifelong habits for health and fitness.

One of the great unexpected joys of my training career has been being able to see some of the kids I train into fit, well rounded and adults of character. Seeing this develop and helping from a training/fitness end is truly special.
