Train Heroic: Is an app based system to program personal, group and team training. This option offers a customized training program based off of goals, needs, equipment and ability. Precision Nutrition ProCoach: Is an app and web based system that combines the best practices and current research of Nutrition Coaching with the expertise of Precision Nutrition Certified Coaches such as myself. I am Precision Nutrition Level 2 certified which involved a year long mentorship program and have been personally using ProCoach for myself since it’s inception in 2015.
